CLASSES: Eligibility · Courses are available to individuals 10 years of age and older. · Good command of the English language is necessary. Registration · Space is limited to a maximum of 8 students per class, so we recommend registration. · Registration must be accompanied by payment in full to be considered complete and guarantee your place in class. · You can register by phone using Visa or MasterCard, or in person at The Top Stitch using your charge card, cash, or a money order. · Class fees are non-refundable. · If you are unable to attend your scheduled class you can transfer your class 7 days before the course begins. All fees will be forfeited if not rescheduled with 7 days prior notice. · Classes considered monthly classes (kids sewing and sewing project classes) are paid at the beginning of each month and payment is good for the month paid. There are no scheduled make up classes. General · You are responsible for ensuring that you have the required equipment and supplies prior to class start time. Let me know if I can help. · You can use a sewing machine if you wish (bobbins 50 cents) and you will also be able to purchase many of the supplies you will need. (A $2 supply fee will be charged if you need to borrow supplies.) Tool and fabric kits are also available. Please call for details. · Out of consideration for others we kindly request that all cell phones be set to silent mode or turned off completely. If you must take a call (all the moms out there!) please step out of the classroom. · It is advised that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled class, to be set up and ready before the teacher begins. If you are late, please try not to disturb others as you arrive. · Normally, all your work will be done in class. It occasionally happens that you will have 'homework' and this work needs to be completed before the next class, as we cannot hold back the class to wait for you to catch up. Consider a Stitch Café time to catch up! · If you miss a class, there are a few ways you can make it up. You can meet up with another student from your class to go over the information, or copy someone's notes. · If it happens that a class is cancelled due to instructor illness or inclement weather, a make-up class will be scheduled or the course will be extended by one week. Unfortunately at this time we are unable to provide daycare. Please make arrangement to leave your little ones at home during scheduled class times. 

ORDERS NOT ACCEPTED: Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. For your convenience, you will not be charged until your payment method is authorized, the order information is verified for accuracy and your order is shipped. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by credit and fraud. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.
